The following is the agenda for theSeptember 25th Planning commission Meeting
PUBLIC HEARINGS: Time will be set aside during the Public Hearing to receive oral comments on all items listed as Public Hearings. Staff will present the project and staff recommendation and answer questions from the Planning Commissioners. The applicant will then have the opportunity to raise any issues with the staff recommendation. The public will then be invited to approach the podium to provide up to three (3) minutes of public testimony.
a. Recommendation to consider adoption of Resolution no. 2008- amending Use Permit 76-06 for Marina Cypress Apartments at 3306 Del Monte Boulevard to remove the condition of approval requiring a conservation and scenic easement deed over the rear portion of the property that is vacant and zoned “R-1” Single-Family APPROVED 7-0
b. Recommendation to open a public hearing, take any testimony from the public and consider adopting Resolution 2008- approving Use Permit 2008-06 to allow an on-site caretaker unit for the Smith Business Center located at 3340 Paul Davis Drive (APN 033-012-023)APPROVED 7-0
